Deactivating Users
When a user leaves your organisation it is important that you deactivate their user profile. All information that was captured previously be the user will be retained, but in deactivating their profile, they will no longer be able to access Medication Management using their previous account.
- Click Admin Options
- Click Users
- Locate the User you wish to make Inactive
- Click their Name
- Tick the User Inactive checkbox
- Click the Green Tick (save)
Note: Below the list of users on the Users screen, there is a checkbox labelled "Display Inactive". If you need to reactivate a User Profile or want to review an Inactive User Profile, place a tick in that box and all Inactive Users will display.
