Creating New Residents
If your Medication Management is integrated with your pharmacy then upon Go Live your pharmacy will send your Resident Profiles automatically across their Interface. However it is likely that post go live, you will need to add any new resident admissions manually. This is because you will need to start adding recording medication administrations before their first medications/data are received from your pharmacy.
- From the Home screen, click Residents/Orders
- At the bottom of the Resident Lit, click New Resident
- This will load an empty User Profile for you to populate
- To add a photo, click Add/Change and locate the photo
- Once you have captured all appropriate data, click Save
