Reject Orders
When reviewing medication orders it may be appropriate to reject an order as the information that has been entered or received is not accurate or has not been received as expected.
- From the Home Screen, click Resident/Orders
- Select a resident from the list on the left
- Click the Orders tab to display all current orders
- Select the order to be rejected
- Click the Reject Button
- Enter the reason for rejecting the order
- Click OK
- The order will now be discontinued
Note:
MANUALLY ADDED ORDERS - Inform the user who created the order of the reason for rejecting the order
PHARMACY ADDED ORDERS - Contact the pharmacy team directly to discuss the reason for rejecting the order
