Assessment Form Categories
Categories can be used to group and colour code each of your Assessments Forms.
Add A New Form Category:
- Click Admin
- Browse to Clinical Configuration
- Click Create/Edit Form Category
- Click Add New Category
- Enter a Category Name
- Select a Category Colour
- Click Save
Note: The Assessment Form category list page includes a linked forms column. This column enables you to view all active Assessment Form linked to that category by hovering over the icon.
Archive A Form Category:
- Place a tickbox in the appropriate Archive checkbox
- The "Archive" button will become active
- Click Archive
Note: You can only archive a Form Category if there are no forms linked to it.
Update A Category Name Or Category Colour:
- Click the name of the appropriate Form Category
- Update the Category Name as appropriate
- Select the new Category Colour as appropriate
- Click Save
