Offline Details
At any time, you can get more information on your status by hovering your cursor over the Offline status window. More specifically, move your cursor to the status window and leave it idle for a second and a balloon status window will appear:
This window tells you your online/offline status, when the last update occurred and how many transactions are waiting to be updated to the Medication Management data server.
Click the View Details button to see even more detail.
Offline Details Window:
When you bring up the Offline Details window, you will see something like this. The window has three tabs.
Find Problem
The Find Problem tab will help you figure out the problem. It will run through some diagnostics to figure out if the problem is with your computer, your internet connection, or with the Medication Management database. To start this process, click the Find Problem button.
It will also offer you some suggestions as to how to fix it, including links that take you directly to where you can fix it.
Note: If you need assistance with the information that Find A Problem displays, please contact our team and include the detail that the application is displaying.
