Updating The Help Link
If you want to be able to browse directly to our Knowledge Base from within Business Manager then you will need to make a small change to one of the application settings. Please find instructions below.
- Log into Business Manager as a supervisor (root)
- Click Settings
- Click Application Settings
- Search for "help" in the search bar
- Replace the Value field for UI.HelpFileLocation with https://support.icarehealth.co.uk/hc/en-us/categories/115000862249
- Click into the ShowHelp line to save the change
