Med Round Customisation > Alerts
When a medication is overdue it is important that that is brought to your attention. The Alert setting allows you to configure how long you would like to leave it, before Medication Management notifies you of that scenario.
- From the application menu, click Admin
- Click Settings
- Click Care Home Settings
- Click the Med Round Cutomisation tab and locate the area called Alerts
For the Alerts setting you have a single configurable component as listed below.
|Show Alerts For Missed Items After||Enter the desired number of minutes to set how long after an order is scheduled that the alert appears.|
