Require Comments
Order Management > Require Change Log Comment
This allows you to make certain changes made to Medication Orders require a comment to explain the change
- From the application menu, click Admin
- Click Settings
- Click Care Home Settings
- Click the General tab and locate the area called Require Change Log Comment
For the Require Change Log Comments setting you have a number of configurable components as listed below.
Setting | Description |
---|---|
New Order | Tick to enable a mandatory comment when adding a new medication order |
DC Order | Tick to enable a mandatory comment when discontinuing a medication order |
Add Split | Tick to enable a mandatory comment when adding a split routine using the Add Part button |
Schedule Change | Tick to enable a mandatory comment when amending the schedule for any medication order |
