Uploading, Editing, Viewing and Deleting Documents

Users can view Resident Documents via the Documentation menu. The Resident Documents section allows you to easily search for specific documentation using one or more of the filters. You can filter based on a resident's name, the tag the document is attached to or by a specific date range. To view any document, you can select the Caption name. This will download the document (if soft copy) or display the location of the document (if hard copy).
Note: The list of documents displayed on the list will, by default, only display documents for Active residents in the facility you are logged into. The documents are sorted by date updated, with the most recently updated document displayed at the top of the list. You can change the sort criteria to either Resident Name or Caption.
- Click Documentation
- Browse to Resident Documents and click Add / View Documents
- Click Upload New Document
- Select the appropriate resident
- Add a Caption
- Select a Tag
- Enter a Description
- Select Soft or Hard Copy - find document / add detail as appropriate
- Choose if you wish to view the document as a progress note
- Click Save
Note: The Delete button will only become active once one or more documents have been selected to delete.
