Why are my resident's actions appearing under two separate locations?
Occasionally you may notice that a residents action is appearing under two separate locations. This is a safeguarding feature to prevent the action from being missed out, in the event that the team are unaware that a resident has moved from one location to another.
You will experience this if:
- The resident has been previously been admitted to one location, discharged and re-admitted to a different location.
- The resident's location was edited under the same occupancy history.
It is possible to prevent the action from appearing under the resident's previous location by archiving the resident's previous occupancy history.
Note: If the resident's location was edited under the same occupancy history, it is not possible to prevent the action appearing under the previous location. It will continue to appear under both locations.
