Marking Actions As Not Required
Available From: Mobile Point of Care 2.0
If an action is not required, you do not need to complete the action and instead can mark it as Not Required. When performing this action, you will be asked to choose an Exception Code and some Additional Information to support why the Action was Not Required.
Note: Details relating to Actions marked Not Required, will be saved in a Progress Note and can be viewed directly from the Progress Notes sections within Mobile Point of Care and Care & Clinical.
- Select the appropriate Action
- Click Not Required
- Choose an Exception Code
- Enter some Additional Information
- Click Confirm Action Not Required
Note: You can mark actions as Not Required from both the Home and Resident Screens.
