Managing Missed Actions
Available From: Mobile Point of Care 2.0
If an Action is not completed within 4 hours of its due date/time it will become a Missed Action. Missed Actions will remain visible and accessible within the app until a Missed Reason and some Additional Information is entered.
Note: Details relating to a Missed Action will be saved in a Progress Note and can be viewed directly from the Progress Notes sections within Mobile Point of Care and Care & Clinical.
- Browse to Missed Actions
- Expand your Missed Actions
- Select a Missed Action
- Choose a Missed Reason
- Enter some Additional Information
- Choose whether you would like to retrospectively complete the Action (Yes or No)
- Click Submit Missed Reason
