Note: If you are running version 7.0 of Care & Clinical, we will also be deploying version 8.0 to you as part of this maintenance window.
Version 8.0 will be gradually rolled out throughout the evening of 7 May and into 8 May. Whilst receiving the release, your environment will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes. Whereas we cannot provide exact details relating to when your site will receive the release, you can check in with us afterward via email@example.com and we will be able to confirm the start and end time of your upgrade.

The following normal maintenance task will be completed prior to the version 8.0 rollout:
Start: 10:00 pm
Duration: Up to 90 minutes.
Product Affected: Care & Clinical
Customers Affected: All
Expected Behavior: Scheduled maintenance of our services and the Care & Clinical application. These activities will conclude with a reboot of the server. As a result, the Care & Clinical application will be unavailable for a period of time.
Why We're Doing This: The iCareHealth engineering team will be applying patches that continue our commitment to reliability and hardening our infrastructure.
Next Maintenance: The next maintenance window following this one, will be on Tuesday 4 June, starting at 10:00pm.
